At T’ruth Hair Care, your satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of our hair care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
